The Dancer's Mind & Body
Every Academy 360 day will begin with the entire Academy, faculty and trainees, together on the marley of our beautifully renovated sanctuary. This dance-centered check-in will be the epicenter of each day and serves as a centerpiece to our community.
9:00AM - Mind And Body Wake-Up with Bailey
9:30AM - Ballet Barre And History Of Ballet
10:30AM - Acting For The Kinetic Performer
11:30AM - Faculty Supported Independent Projects & Lunch
